I am not a recruiter or someone seeking referral sign-on bonuses. I already have a FT job.
I am a former Andrews grad who volunteers to help student-grad MTs of any MT program or newbies with entering or advancing in the MT field. There is no charge for this help. I choose to donate my time to help a newbie MT get started. I have room for 1 more student-grad or MT to mentor. Let me coach and help and encourage you one on one.
Why would I do this? Because when I first graduated and struggled to find my place in this business, one dear soul reached out and helped me. I choose to return that favor and will continue to do so as long as my schedule allows. I only take 2 students at a time and have an opening for only one newbie or student-grad at this time. It's tough out there and at times the competition and criticism seems brutal. Let me help you help yourself get the confidence you need to get the job you deserve.
Pay it forward.
