A while back, I vaguely remember entering a drawing sponsored by a local doctor's office where they were giving away an Ipod. I don't even remember where or when this was.
Well, first thing this morning I got a call from this doctor's office informing me that I had won the Ipod! I am going to pick it up on my way to work later.
I know what an Ipod is, but some of you are going to have to tell me what sort of neat things you can do with it.

Lucky you. My daughter has a nano and prefers it over my honkin' 60 GB iPod because she doesn't have to scroll through 10,000 songs. You can search this forum for past discussions or just hit the Apple site (there's a discussion forum there that's great for when you're troubleshooting). My only advice is that you probably want to skip the videos because they hog memory. I also use mine to hold all my contacts (my address book syncs with it) as well as the occasional Christmas list (you can load plain text documents in it), both of which reduce the amount of junk I carry around.
