Hi, I am usually pretty good at deciphering what this doctor means. He is a chronic mispronuncer, but I have been transcribing him for a while and am used to his pattern of mispronunciations. This one has me stumped though. I have put this into google and onelook every way I can think of hopeing it would throw out something that would jar my memory, but no luck. I am sure it is just a matter of my brain just not working right, but any help would be appreciated.
The patient is male. Dictation is: possible recurrent hernia or PATENT TRUSSES VAGINITIS.
I would seriously appreciate any help with that last bit. Thanks, Angel
