I have searched every resource I can find. The surgeon is saying either port of s/l Wilhelm or portal Wilhelm.

Here is the sentence: We then established a portal ____ and put in a cannula and then used the portal ____ to pass a suture and then also a PushLock to be posterior to the biceps root.

Both words are the same. Any help would be much appreciated.
