The doc says something that s/l "xerotrachea" related to Sjogren's, which I assume must mean a dry trachea, but I can't substantiate it on any of my usual dictionaries. Anyone know for sure?[font:Comic Sans MS][/font]

Did you try entering Sjogren xerotrachea as a search at Pubmed or in Google?
(True, Google in and of itself is not authoritative, but if you find a term in links to textbooks and articles in peer-reviewed journals, that is.)
