Hi everyone. I'm working on a H&P for a patient. The doctor is ESL & I can usually determine just about everything he is saying, but this time he has me stumped. Under Past Medical History, it sounds like he's stating hypernitremia secondary to "synamorphic napro PA secretion" of antidiuretic hormone from lung mass which is improving. The part I'm not sure of is what I've included in quotes above. The patient's past medical history also includes left upper hilar mass, small cell lung cancer, atrial fibrillation, history of falls, COPD, hypertension, AICD placement, dilated cardiomyopathy, COPD, and normocytic anemia.
I would really appreciate any help/suggestions for "synamorphic napro PA secretion".
Thanks!

First of all, I'd double-check that "hypernitremia."
Second, I think if you google with "antidiuretic hormone" secretion, you will receive your answer.

Dang, you beat me to it. I was coming back to tell her to Google hyponatremia + secretion.
