Doc is stating fungicemia and bacteremia.

Prior report shows fungemia bacteremia.

Google shows questionable results for fungicemia and Stedman's does not list it.

Made up?

I would say the doc is confusing the cemia spelling in septicemia with the -emia suffix for blood. The correct combining form he is reaching for would be fungemia. Septicemia can be due to bacteremia, fungemia, viremia, or parasitemia. Mycohemia would also be an acceptable term, but not fungicemia--sorry, doc, but you need to repeat medical Latin and Greek 101.
