Hi, I have worked for Spheris for 5 years, and am now seriously looking for something else. It just seems like it is definitely time to move on. Nothing is getting any better and the pay is decreasing all the time it seems. I lost PTO because I am part-time over a year ago now, and have been wondering if any other company has PTO for part-time people. I would prefer a smaller company. I also need flexibility with my kids and everything. I have been on the same shift for 5 years and I need a change to something more flexible with my schedule. I know some companies offer a 12-hour window. Do any require you just to get your lines for the day?? Where are the best companies to apply right now? I have had most of my experience in the dermatology field and I love it. Any ideas where to start?
