We are currently hiring experienced Radiology MTs/Speech Recognition Editors for a new acute care account. IC status only.
This position will start May 14, 2008. We are looking to hire, install, and train all of our MTs by week ending May 4, 2008.
Prior work experience on Dictaphone's iChart/EXText is a considerable advantage, although we will provide training for all MTs hired via Dictaphone University as well as via GoToMeeting if you feel you require further training.
High speed Internet required - cable or DSL only. Microsoft Vista will NOT work. We will provide Transcription Kits at no charge to you as the MT that will include all required software, footpedal, headset, manuals, Stedman's Quicklook E-Drug, Stedman's Plus Spellchecker 2007, and Stedman's Medical Dictionary v7.0.
We are staffing the following shift(s):
RADIOLOGY - This is 99% straight typing - very little Speech Recognition editing. We need one RAD MT for each of the following shifts. So, basically, all RAD during the shift and days that you choose will be routed to your workpool. It will be up to you to monitor your workpool during the designated hours and clear any RAD jobs that come to you within the 2 hr TAT.
Monday - Friday:
1st shift: 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. Central Standard Time
3rd shift: 10 p.m. - 6 a.m. Central Standard Time
Saturday & Sunday:
1st shift: 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. Central Standard Time
2nd shift: 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. Central Standard Time
3rd shift: 10 p.m. - 6 a.m. Central Standard Time
Pay will be 9 cpl/65 character lines with spaces for transcription and 4 cpl/65 character lines for Speech Recognition Editing.
