Hello all,

I am not sure if this is the right forum or not, but here goes. I have a new account and I am transcribing for a physician's assistant. I am not sure how to do the signature. He states his name, PA-C, for Dr.____.
Any ideas or help is appreciated.

Thank you.

Most of the ones I have done have just been

John Doe, PA-C

Or

John Doe, PA-C, dictating for John Brown, M.D.

FarAwayDeb,

Thank you, that seems almost too simple! I appreciate the help.

We use this style. It cuts down on the length of the line. We have some looooong attending names and looooong PA or resident names. If on the same line would go way across the page.
