Companies with flexible shift?

I work from home 40 hours a week for a local clinic, and they are my priority. Does anyone know of companies that have fairly flexibe part-time schedules (20 hours or less a week)? I have just over 2 years of experience in clinic work only, so I know my choices are probably limited. Thank you!!
