The absolute best place to obtain sample reports is from the specific account. If working directly for the dictator, they can supply. If working for a MTSO, again, they can supply. Generic samples found elsewhere are likely to be a confusing, unsearchable mess; a cardiology word book would be a just as or more useful resource.
