Can someone tell me if they know any companies that pay hourly to work from home? If someone knows any names of companies that pay hourly, please let me know.
Thank you for your help in advance
Sincerely Crystal

I think hourly pay for work-at-home jobs has always been scarcer than hen's teeth. Be aware that any you do find will probably monitor your keyboard activity in some way to be sure you are actually working all the time you are signed in and will be unlikely to hire a newbie because they will have rather stiff production requirements (otherwise, they'd be losing money on that hourly pay).
If you are looking for hourly pay because you either just don't do that many lines an hour yet or you need to know exactly what your pay check will be, your best bet is trying to find an in-house job somewhere.

The company I work for pays hourly. You are required to reside locally and attend monthly in-house meetings. Therefore the pool they hire from is relatively small. Also, since we went to SR 3 years ago, we have only hired a few people. We are all getting faster, and fewer MTs are needed to get the work done. When someone quits they are not replaced. As mentioned, above they can monitor your actual time working, and there are miniumum production requirements.
