hyphen with Omnipaque-350 contrast

In this case, should a hyphen be used:
Omnipaque-350 contrast - If so, is the reason because it is a compound modifier?
Then, no hyphen when just Omnipaque 350 (no contrast behind 350).
I just want to make sure.

The actual brand name of the contrast is "Omnipaque 350". Although we do not use those little ™ and ® symbols when typing trademarks in medical transcription and may or may not use camel caps or all caps when that is the orthography used for the trademark, we shouldn't otherwise change the registered name, so no, I wouldn't hyphenate Omnipaque 350 in any context.
