No matter which audio player you use, Olympus Player Pro or Express Scribe, you would use your word processing program such as Word or WordPerfect to do the actual transcribing while you listen to the voice files. Your audio player is not integrated with your word processor, they're two separate programs. If Express Scribe works for you, I would suggest using that instead of fussing with Olympus Player Pro, which in my opinion isn't nearly as good as Express Scribe for what you want to do.
