The doctor dictated "hyperaerated." I cannot find this in any dictionary and would like an opinion as to whether or not it should be hyphenated.

Hyper- as a prefix is not generally hyphenated unless it precedes a capital letter, an abbreviation, or a phrase, but a hyphen would make it easier to read--all those vowels separated by two r's makes my eyes cross. I'd probably go for the hyphen on that basis.
