I've been capping Workers' Compensation in IME reports and the doc just questioned it. I thought I was sure but now I'm not. I realize that if used as State Division of WC it would be capped, but then the various comp carriers are individually named insurance companies, not "Workers' Comp." Any input appreciated.

I would consider this just like any other general term. The Workers' Compensation Board made a decision (this is the official name of a particular agency). The patient is not receiving workers' compensation (a general term, just like unemployment insurance).
