I work for TransTech and just love it there. I have only been there a few months but I can tell it is a breath of fresh air coming from one of the "big boys" who care less about their employees.
I work for Transtech and love it. They are the best company I've ever worked for. The only benefit I get through them is vision coverage which provides excellent coverage. They offer medical, dental and vision coverage. One thing Transtech did that many companies don't is, when they changed medical coverage, many of the employees expressed concern that the premiums were too high, so Transtech increased the percentage they paid to lower the premiums for employees. They offer 6 paid holidays and PTO time accumulation per paycheck. I'm not entirely sure if they have 401K as I haven't been there a year.
