Hi Karen, I'm just trying to figure out which school to enroll in. I've heard conflicting stories about Canscribe, I'm also researching Andrews and M-Tec. Hope you can give me some ideas and anyone else out there! Thanks!!

Hello, I am wondering if any Canadian MTs can offer some insite on transrx. I live in Michigan and I am a newbie in the MT Community. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, my name is Theresa and I am currently looking into the MT course. I need to gather some research information for funding and am looking for some feedback out there. Could anyone who would be willing to answer a questionnaire from an employer and/or an employee please get back to me. I would certainly appreciate it, as I am so excited to get started. Thanks in advance, and please forgive me if I'm not doing this correctly. I though I was computer literate but now I second guessing myself, these posts are new to me. Theresa

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I hope it's not too late. My advice is to believe what the experienced MTs on this forum are saying - go with Andrews or M-Tec. I did not sign up with either (if only I had known...) and definitely see where my course is lacking.
From my research, the best Canadian company to work for is Accentus. Apparently they know and like Canscribe grads and aren't as familiar with M-Tec or Andrews grads. HOWEVER, I believe the best education is still the best way to go and Accentus will appreciate and get to know the quality of M-Tec and Andrews grads. And if no jobs are immediately available with Accentus, you would stand a much better chance of getting a job elsewhere.
