At my local credit union, we switched to "estatements." The problem is that I cannot access the website for the estatements. I get the usual error message of site down, server down, etc. I have tried the site in Firefox and IE latest version; I use PC_Cillin and run WinXP. I tried it on an old Win98 computer last night and I CAN access the site there --that computer has the previous version of PC_Cillin, but the updates are current. I have no clue what to do next. The credit union isn't much help because it's a small bank. I would be grateful for any ideas at all. Here's the site:
No. That's not it. I thought so too, but after trying it for days on end and the credit union saying that site was not down, I simultaneously was able to bring up the website on my older computer while my newer one still had the error message.
