I didn't go to one of the top schools, so I am going to have to work my way up, unfortunately. I love MT so far. Just wanted to say hi, and hope to be posting more often in the future. Hopefully I will get the hang of this soon! Kim

Mostly nobody bites on the word board. If someone gives you a hint or a link instead of handing you an answer, follow it up--you are likely to learn a heck of a lot more than by being plopped an answer. Welcome aboard. I agree that I would rather research something myself rather than just being told the answer. If I get to the point where I have to ask, I am already ticked off! I use mostly online sources at this point. I don't exactly have a library of books. My company doesn't suggest any, or imply that I ask too many questions, but I know I need to work on building my reference materials.
