You can run a free virus scan on your system. Back in September I received the klez virus. What a nightmare. It took me 18 straight hours to get back up and running. It was truly frustrating, but I cleaned up all by myself so I had a real sense of accomplishment when I was through! 
The site above was very helpful in identifying the exact virus. From there you should be able to find downloadable fixes to remove it if you feel comfortable doing it yourself.
Maybe someone else will have other suggestions, but the above site was of great help to me.
