Tina,It really isn't as difficult as the Microsoft site says. As Mike says, you just need to find the file it is stored in. Do a search for .acl files. If you have more than one, you can look at the date/time that it was last modified. The most recent one is probably your autocorrect. Mine is default000.acl. On my other computer, it was user.acl.
From Windows Explorer, double click on the C drive (or hard drive) and then double click on Windows. Find the .acl file that you already determined was your autocorrect. Load up a floppy and then right click on the .acl file and drag it over to your A drive (or floppy drive). It will copy it to the floppy.
When you go to the new computer, you once again have to locate where the autocorrect is stored. It might have a different name. When you find this, go to your floppy in Windows Explorer and right click on the old .acl file. Select rename and change the name to whatever the new computer has it named. Then drag this file to Windows (under C). It will ask you if you want to replace the file. Just say yes and continue. That's all there is to it and you will have all of your autocorrect entries on the new computer.
Hope this helps.
P.S. I have done this many times with each new computer and it worked great!
