Personally, I swear by D&D/Saunders, just got the new 2007 not long ago. Its just easy and very up-to-date. I do not, however, have D&D on CD as the national I work for has QLDB loaded for us to use. I still prefer D&D/Saunders though when I can't find a drug or lose patience with QLDB and would rather take my fingers off the keyboard to look up a drug than use QLDB which is not as up-to-date as they would like you to believe it is. I have found drugs in my old Saunders (2003) that were not even listed in 2006 QLDB, I think that speaks for itself.
