Cathy,I just loved Forms & Filing Systems. They have a really nice product at the lowest price I've ever found. You can order as few as 100 at a time for $12 per pack (each pack is 100). I think you pay shipping, but it still works out to (if memory serves) $0.1275 per sheet. Everywhere else I tried was between $0.18 and 0.33 per sheet.

Hope that helps. Also, you may want to share that information with your clients who do supply their own sticky paper. Anytime you can save a client money they like you just that much more 
Edit--I just checked Pat Systems, and they are $0.186 per sheet. They do have a slightly different product though. I like the Forms & Filing labels more because they have a 1/4" tear-off strip down the side which makes it much, much easier for the office clerk to place it in the charts.
