I do a lot of plasty surgery. One of my docs frequently refers to

"excising the whatever in toto"

meaning he completely removed the skin, lesion, whatever. No documentation, but that is the way I have been typing it for him for a couple of years now...

Here ya go: Latin for completely, everything, etc.!
