Don't know how to type this:

Dictated:
"Grade one to two over six systolic murmur"

Is it Grade 1-2/6 systolic murmur? That's just a guess.

The way I learned it was:

grade 1/6 to 2/6. That was in training (forever ago) and my course went with the BOS - Can another MT give a direct quote from BOS as to the correct way?? or am I just crazy?
