Doc says pt has a Gleason's score 7 adenosarcoma T2BNOMX. I am not used to oncology. Does this look right? And are there spaces or hyphens between any of the letters? Thanks in advance...

I believe it would be typed T2b, N0, Mx.

Do a search at google for Gleason cancer staging to document this.

Check out Comprehensive Cancer Center and search under cancer stage and type in T2b NO MX to verify.

And would it be adenocarcinoma instead of adenosarcoma? Just a thought.

Gleason's score 7 adenocarcinoma T2b, NO, Mx

Of course, there is some basic cancer information in AAMT Book of Style under "cancer classifications" as well.
