I can't believe how long it has been since I had a chance to visit MT Desk. I am disappointed that I have not been able to get to these forums more often to keep up with everyone. I hope that, as things start to slow down, and we all start to hibernate for the winter, I'll have more time to jump on in here.
I do have big plans to put on 10 pounds and hibernate for the winter, so if anyone would like to join me, feel free! My first duty will be to stock my kitchen with all the things I have been avoiding all summer -- cookies, chips, twinkies and Hostess cupcakes, along with tacking up that phone number for the pizza shop down the road! I'll hang up my bike, fold up my treadmill, and just snuggle down for a long winter's nap! Doesn't that sound WONDERFUL??? I wish I could do that.
So, what do some of you do for exercise in the winter? Keep in mind that we live in Ohio where the sun never shines and where the rain, sleet, and snow fall 6 months out of the year (sigh), and muscles and joints tend to become rigid starting around November and lasting until maybe mid May!!!

LOL - well, that is sort of a shame. I had chocolate cake all ready to go with that ice cream too!
