Thanks Linda...it sure is nice to be recognized. You too should be recognized for putting together such an amazing and complete program. I copied the rest of this post from the Andrews Message Board......Hello to all visiting this message board...I am one of the Andrews grads that Linda is talking about. I started the Andrews School coding course last December and finished in August of this year. 1 month after finishing the course I took the CCS-P national exam and passed on the first try. I had NO previous coding experience, and although I work in a medical office, I never had anything to do with coding.
Another Andrews Grad and I took the exam at the same time and we were done about 1 1/2 hours early. I have heard of people leaving the test at lunch and not returning because it was too hard. This is directly related to the amazing and comprehensive course through Andrews. Although parts of the test were challenging, we were very prepared for it. I looked at several schools before choosing Andrews. They just didn't seem to cover the amount of material that Andrews does. Every specialty, disease process, medical terminology, pharmacology, etc... it is a very complete program. The instructors are demanding, challenging, and willing to help you to make sure you are learning it right from the very beginning.
It says a lot about the Andrews program when 2 new grads can waltz into a national certification exam fresh out of training, with little to no experience in the real world, finish early and pass the exam.
If you have any questions about the Andrews program feel free to email me.
