Reverse fax/phone lookup for practioners

This site now offers a reverse fax/phone lookup for any practitioner or medical service provider who provided that information to the NPI database. Just punch in the number in the fax or phone number search box, and all provider records with that phone or fax number will pop up. Good way to identify partners in many practices as well since generally everyone uses the same fax number, and a great replacement for the old Blue Book phone number/partner search.
