not sure where to actually post this, just wondering if anyone else came across this website? http://www.mtchat.net/ I did not know there was another mtchat and I went through mtdest to see if this one was still here. Until I actually went to the other site I thought it was one and the same, says you can still use same username and password to get on so it sounded like the same group, but I can see that it is not

That's the first I've heard of it. Is this legit?

Well, this here is MTChat.com, not .net

I suppose someone is trying or has been trying to glom on to our success. \:\)

I went to the site and it seems to me that it is saying that mtchat.net is now mtstreet.com and you can use your username from mtchat.net (not mtchat.com) for the new site--mtstreet.com. It's a little confusing, but I don't think they are trying to rip off this site as blatantly as it may appear. \:\)

I think we laughed our arses off at the obvious ripoff quite a few months ago (in the HZ). I guess trying to fool people into thinking they were MTC didn't go over well. IMHO, EmptyStreet is much more fitting!

Be careful not to try using your username and password from HERE over THERE. You never know if they're recording it or what.

If you've already done that, change your password here right away.

There appears to be a lot of India-related stuff on that one.

No, Kenzleacah, I think Redpen is more concerned that if they are recording user names and passwords, then they can steal your MT Chat identity, come here and post who knows what kind of unpleasant stuff under your name.

Perhaps that is the site the poster of the multiple chapters of Soundalikes and Ambiguities was looking for instead of this one.
