In your settings, you all have the following options listed as one option:
By default should anything added to your Watch Lists be emailed to you?
Yes No
Do you want to be notified via email when you receive a private message?
Yes No
If you choose YES for either/both of these - PLEASE be sure that your e-mail is valid. I've got a rash of bounced e-mails from the server that have been returned to the main e-mail setting for people who have their settings as "yes" to the Watched list - with a HUGE watched list and a non-valid e-mail address.
Please be sure to update your e-mail address with us.

I am seeing way too many people signing up here and posting with what looks to me absent any idea of what the basic simple guidelines are here.
Ten years ago I would have understood some of this; but at this point in time? With the internet having been around for as long as it has? No excuse.
You cannot just pounce into a longstanding community and start posting all over the place without any sense of what everyone here is and has been used to for the past 10 years.
Please take the time to read PINNED THREADS at the top of the forum that you believe your post belongs in.
The topics are pinned for the express purpose of everyone - newcomers to the site as well as established members - getting the most out of this amazing resource.

One of the features of the upgrade included a change in how we send/see private messages.
Evidently - something I did not know - when you go to send a PM now, next to the recipient name, you'll see a button "Add" Once you have selected the name of the person you are sending your PM to, you have to click that "add" button and then write/send your PM. Once you add someone to the private message, their name will then show up under the "add recipient" box.
This new feature now enables people to include more than one person to any particular private conversation if/as you wish.
